Returns & Exchanges
As a small business, we unfortunately do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges for a different product, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include clear photos of the issue, along with your order number or proof of purchase, so we can assess the matter and make it right.
For all exchange or faulty item requests, please contact us at hello@wearsplace.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is due to a fault or an issue on our side, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange your item for another product, size, or preference-related reason, return shipping will be at your own cost.
Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange outside of the sale dates.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
