To keep your SPLACE jacket as fresh, functional, and fire as the day you got it, here’s how to care for it:

1. Wash Cold, Love Long
Machine wash your jacket in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid hot washes, they can break down the DWR coating over time.

2. No Softeners, No Problem
Do not use fabric softener or bleach. These can damage the water-repellent finish and weaken the fabric’s integrity.

3. Hang It Proud
Air dry your jacket by hanging it up. No tumble dryers, heat can compromise the DWR and fabric structure.

4. Iron-Free Living
No ironing needed. The fabric is wrinkle-resistant and ready to wear. If creases appear, a light steam will do.

5. Keep Me from Flames
This fabric is synthetic, keep it far from open flames or high heat sources.

6. Reactivate My Repellence
Over time, the DWR coating can wear down. To revive it, you can use a DWR spray treatment available at outdoor or sports stores.
